Fresh fish and delicious asam pedas(sour, spicy and savoury) gravy which goes well with nasi(plain rice). The fish are from Pontian fish farm. Soft and tender without the fishy smell and taste. The asam pedas gravy is the soul of the dish. Kudos to the chef/boss and the team!

I reached there about 8:30am for breakfast. The Soto taste very delicious. It's originally made with proper spices for Soto. Unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to taste the asam pedas because it still on the stove. But I believe it delicious coz the asam pedas smell so good .

The MUST EAT place everytime I back to my hometown. Forever favourite place of asam pedas for my Mom. She definitely will choose to hv lunch here everytime we suggest not to cook. Simple yet delicious. The asam pedas taste is similar with our family style recipe so far. It just a small warung nearby the Sedenak exit PLUS Highway, but always full of people during lunch time.

Food : Not bad! Their menu is quite specialized so they only serve a number of things but because it's specialized, they prepare it VERY well. They'll usually ask what type of rice, what type of asam pedas dish, what kind of egg, what kind of veggie you want stir fried and boom you have a set meal of rice and side dishes. Their side dishes are plentiful and very filling for a single portion. The taste is not bad but could be better. It's above average at the very least! Filling and somewhat satisfying to eat! Drinks : Standard, nothing to complain about. ^^ Pricing : Not too expensive for a single persons meal. It was less than RM50 for two full set meals and drinks! Atmosphere : Wasn't the best as there was ongoing construction going on Parking : Ample space suitable with the amount of tables available. Location : Easy to drive into, easy to drive back out. Just a little challenging if your vehicle is lowered as the climb up and down are a teensy bit steep. Others : They sold snacks and other things you can grab to add to your meal or if you're on a trip and want something to munch on during the trip so there's that. The pricing for these snacks range around RM3-15

TIPs: Go for earlier lunch to avoid crowd and long waiting time. It can be hot on a sunny day. ****** Their asam pedas (spicy & sour) fish is good. The fish was fresh and meat was tender. The gravy was simply delicious to go with plain rice. A serving for fish tail and plain rice is around RM18. Add on omelette and bean sprout to go with the fish. Simple and nice lunch.
